The Friends of Robert Trail Library has partnered with Books to the Rescue, a nonprofit organization that supplies first responders with books for children in crisis. One of the ships the Rosemount Area Historical Society will discuss is the Benjamin Noble, an overloaded vessel that was lost with all hands during a storm in April of 1914. In 1987 the publisher of Lake Superior Magazine offered a $1,000 reward to anyone who could locate the wreck. It was finally discovered in 2004 about 10 miles offshore from Two Harbors.
