Kathleen Anne Kramer, 76, of Rosemount, Minn., and Spirit Lake, Iowa, passed away Friday, Feb. 26. Funeral Mass was held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 1, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 13900 Biscayne Ave., Rosemount. Visitation was 3-5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 28, at the Henry W. Velma (Kormendy) Elizabeth Lindberg Velma, an outgoing, caring and loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, with her family being the biggest passion in her life. Throughout her career in accounting and bookkeeping, she worked at McQuay Corporation, Lost Spur C.C., and Control Data. She worked at Park Nicollet Airport Clinic in the collections office. Velma enjoyed the outdoors, especially camping and fishing. She was a diehard Twins and Viking fan and volunteered for the Rosemount V.F.W. Velma, age 80, of Rosemount, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Feb.
Phyllis M. Billmeyer, age 87, of Rosemount, passed away Jan. 11, 2010. Funeral service 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 15, at St. Luke Lutheran Church, 1807 Field Ave., St. Paul. Phyllis Catherine Barton, age 82, of Rosemount, passed peacefully into eternal life on Dec. 28, 2009. Phyllis is survived by her husband, Ray Barton; daughters, Barbara Smith (husband Christopher) of North Platte, Neb., Rebecca Breckenridge (husband Scott) of Laguna Niguel, Calif.; son, Robert Barton (wife Jacqui) of Inver Grove Heights, Minn.; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A memorial service to celebrate her life is planned for 11 a.m. Jan. 16 at Shepherd of The Valley Lutheran Church in Apple Valley. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at church.

William J. Burkhalter, 70, of Rosemount, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Dec. 26, 2009, after a long, courageous battle with cancer. Gerald D. Weisjahn, age 68, of Rosemount, passed away on Dec. 24, 2009. Gerald was born on July 7, 1941, in Owatonna, Minn., to Mardolf and Gladys (Quam) Weisjahn. He was preceded in death by his parents. Gerald was a member of the US Marine Corps and was a Mason. He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Edna (Sprute) Weisjahn; children, David (Betty) and Todd (Leah); grandchildren, Megan, Natalie, Nicole, Noah and Luke; great-granddaughter, Madison; sister, Diana (John) Kroska; brothers, Richard and Greg (Mary) Weisjahn; many other family and friends.
