Marjorie J. Hennek, 80
Marjorie J. Hennek, age 80, of Farmington, Minn., passed away August 27, 2017.
Midge was born on the 8th of January, 1937, to Mable and Alex Gray in south Minneapolis, along with two siblings. Midge was married to Cyrus Hennek on December 30th, 1969, and they raised five children together. They moved to Farmington in 1972.
Marjorie first and foremost was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She worked in Apple Valley as a cafeteria server, and also with Marshall Bus Lines as a special needs aide for ten-plus years, as well as an auxiliary member for the Farmington Legion.
In her spare time Marjorie loved playing cards (with her English lady friends), bowling, riding bike and shopping (during storms). Her laughter was contagious and known to all who knew and loved her. No matter where you were, near or far, you heard Midge laugh, you would know it was her. Can you hear her now? In her words... just be happy!
Marjorie was preceded in death by her son, Scott, and parents, Alex and Mable Gray.
