Emergency responders called to Rosemount High School for medical emergency
Emergency personnel were called to Rosemount High School at approximately 10 a.m. on Friday, March 3 to respond to a medical emergency.
In a statement, RHS Principal John Wollersheim said a physical education faculty member "suffered a medical emergency during class."
Students at RHS were held in their third period class during the incident. Students were released to fourth period around 10:30 a.m.
Students and staff in need of extra support have been invited to visit the counseling office, Wollersheim said.
As of 1 p.m. Friday, the name of the faculty member had not been released.
