Highway 3 will close at 7 a.m. July 22; detour is in place
Highway 3 at the intersection of 190th Street between Rosemount and Farmington will close at 7 a.m., Tuesday July 22 for the construction of a roundabout. The closure will be in place through September 30.
Motorists will be detoured around the closure from Highway 3 to County Road 50 (Elm Street) to County Road 31 (Pilot Knob Road) to County Road 46 (160th Street) and back to Highway 3. Local access will be available up to the construction area from the north and the south. However, access through the construction will not be permitted.
The closure is necessary so that crews can construct a roundabout at the intersection of Highway 3 and 190th Street.
