NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemount will hold a Public Hearing to consider the item listed below on Tuesday, February 28, 2017, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota, and beginning at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The Public Hearing pertains to property owned by Mark Elliot Homes located South of Bronze Parkway and East of Brockway Avenue, and legally described as follows:
Outlot G, Harmony Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Dakota County, Minnesota.
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on an application submitted by Mark Elliot Homes for approval of Simple Plat and a Minor Amendment to the Planned Unit Development to modify the design of certain townhomes within the Harmony Subdivision and to reduce the total number of units planned for Outlot G of Harmony Addition from 75 units to 44 units.
Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled public hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting dates.
