Freshman Academy gives kids a head start on high school
While their classmates are working summer jobs or enjoying the sunny weather, a group of about 100 incoming ninth graders are getting a head start on life in high school and beyond.

For the love of dance
When the members of Rosemount High School’s Modern Dance Company take the stage May 27 at the RHS Performing Arts Center they’ll have a couple of goals in mind. One, they want to put on a performance that clues in an audience perhaps unfamiliar with the intricacies of modern dance and explain what draws them to it. And two, they want to raise a bunch of money for charity.
