The threat of rain forced commencement exercises indoors, but that didn't seem to dampen the spirits of the 440 seniors who received diplomas Saturday night. Nor of the parents and other family members who squeezed into the RHS gymnasium to see the ceremony.

Irish band sixth in St. Louis
The Rosemount High School marching band had another good weekend in St. Louis. The Irish finished sixth Saturday among 49 bands at the Bands of America regional competition at the Edward Jones Dome.
