Eldon M. Kvam, age 81, of Rosemount and Osakis, Minn., passed away Friday, Jan. 18.
Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23, at White Funeral Home, 14560 Pennock Ave., Apple Valley, with a gathering of family & friends 1 hour prior to service.
