Gene A. Braaten, age 71, of Rosemount, passed away peacefully on Jan. 5.
A celebration of Gene's life will be held 12 noon Friday, Jan. 11, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 4625 W. 125th St., Savage, with a gathering of family and friends from 4-7 p.m. Thursday at the Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 147th & Garrett Ave., Apple Valley, and 1 hour prior to the service in the church. Interment at St. Patrick's Cemetery at a later date.
