Kathy S. Kampa, age 47, of Rosemount, Minn., passed away surrounded by family on Oct. 19.
Memorial service 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, at the Cremation Society of MN, 7110 France Ave. S., Edina. Visitation at 2 p.m. Private interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.

Kathy and I were best friends in high school at Cromwell High. I have only the fondest of memories of her. High School wouldn't have been the same without her. My only regret is we didn't stay in touch as much as I would have liked. My thoughts and prayers to Doug, John and Andrea. Your momma has always been an angel in my book. Maybe an angel with little horns from time to time, but an angel non-the-less. She will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers go to her entire family!10/24/2012 2:12 PM
