Rosemount High School named Betsy Payette its Queen and Derek Parker its King at a homecoming pep fest Friday afternoon. The other members of the court are Meredith Olson, Caitlin Daly, Katie Wallin, Megan Thompkins, Alon Dungy, Nide Pranke, Chase Vogler and Brian Reber.
