Yellow fire tape still blocks off the doorways at Doc Sawyer’s Restaurant in Goodhue Monday afternoon. Fire “pretty much totaled” the restaurant Sunday afternoon, owner Jean Fulton said. The eight occupants of three upstairs apartments also have been displaced. No one was hurt in the blaze.
