Flint Hills refinery will conduct a controlled burn
There will be smoke in the air Wednesday afternoon near Highway 52, but it’s not a reason to panic. Flint Hills Resources Pine Bend refinery will conduct a controlled burn starting at 4:30 p.m. April 4 on some prairie land near one of its administration buildings.
