Rosemount's Birtzer third in Upper Midwest Flatpicking Guitar Championship

Rosemount resident Clint Birtzer took third last weekend in the Upper Midwest Flatpicking Guitar Championship. The competition was held in connection with the River Falls Roots and Bluegrass Music Festival.
