Father, son arrested for stealing diesel fuel

A father and son arrested last week at an Empire Township construction site have different explanations for what they were doing there. Maksim Krimouski, 25, of Savage, told Dakota County Sheriff’s deputies he and his father were stealing diesel fuel from the site. His father, Gennadi, said he didn’t know anything about stolen fuel. He said he was asleep in his truck until deputies showed up.
