Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at the Empire Transportation Facility at 2800 160th Street West, Rosemount, MN. 55068-1628 until 10:00 A.M. on Thursday April 4, 2013 at which time they will be opened and read aloud for the following County project:
•Supply and haul aggregate surfacing to various roads in Dakota County
It is anticipated that a contract to perform the work will be awarded by resolution of the Dakota County Board of Commissioners at the County Board meeting scheduled for April 23, 2013.

Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or corporate surety bond, made in favor of Dakota County in an amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid. The right is reserved to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities therein.
