Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at the Empire Transportation Facility at 2800 160th Street West, Rosemount, MN. until 9:00 AM on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at which time they will be opened and read aloud for the following County projects:

Major quantities of work include approximately 580,000 Square Yards of Bituminous Milling, 75,000 Tons of Bituminous Mixture, 160 Pedestrian Curb Ramps, 14,000 Linear Feet of Concrete Curb & Gutter, 29,000 Square Feet of Concrete Walk and 6 Signal Systems (5 Revisions/1 New).

It is anticipated that a contract to perform the work will be awarded by resolution of the Dakota County Board of Commissioners at a County Board meeting on or prior to April 9, 2013.

Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or corporate surety bond, made in favor of Dakota County in an amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid. The right is reserved to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities therein.
