TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Board of Appeals and Adjustments of the City of Rosemount will hold a Public Hearing to consider the item listed below on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota, and beginning at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The Public Hearing pertains to property located at 13775 Clark Road, Rosemount, legally described as follows:

PART OF SW1/4 OF NW1/4 LYING WEST OF RAILROAD, SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 115, RANGE 19, DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA.

The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on a request submitted by Flint Hills Resources Pine Bend, LLC to allow placement of their propylene rail car storage tracks within the setback and screening requirements.

Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled public hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting dates. Please forward all written comments and/or inquiries to the Planning Department of the City of Rosemount or call 651-322-2051.
