TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemount will hold a Public Hearing to consider the item listed below on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota, and beginning at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The Public Hearing pertains to property currently owned by Flint Hills Resources Pine Bend, LLC, located at 13775 Clark Road and legally described as follows:

PART OF SW1/4 OF NW1/4 LYING WEST OF RAILROAD, SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 115, RANGE 19, DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA.

The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on a site plan review of the proposed propylene storage and distribution project’s rail car storage tracks at Flint Hills.

Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled public hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting dates. Please forward all written comments and/or inquiries to the Planning Department of the City of Rosemount or call 651-322-2051.
