PUBLIC HEARING

To Whom It May Concern:

BE IT KNOWN THAT, Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on January 2, 2013, at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, by the Rosemount City Council at Rosemount City Hall Council Chambers, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount.

The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the liquor license application by CPL, LLC for On-Sale Class A and Special Sunday Liquor sales at Shenanigan’s Pub located 14605 South Robert Trail, Rosemount.

Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled public hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting dates. Please forward all written comments and/or inquiries to the City Clerk of the City of Rosemount or call 651-322-2003.
