PUBLIC NOTICE

TO AMEND DAKOTA COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 118

Notice is hereby given of the Dakota County Board of Commissioners’ intent to amend Dakota County Ordinance No. 118, Dakota County Planning Commission. The purpose of the proposed ordinance change is to clarify the manner in which the County Board will provide work direction to the Planning Commission. Several other minor administrative changes are also proposed. The Dakota County Board of Commissioners will meet at 9:00 am on Tuesday, December 11, 2012, in the Board Room, Dakota County Administration Center, 1590 West Highway 55, Hastings, Minnesota for the purpose of amending Ordinance No. 118.
