NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON

IMPROVEMENTS

2013 STREET IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT

CITY PROJECT 445

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of Rosemount, Minnesota will meet at 7:30 o'clock p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, Tuesday, December 4, 2012 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, to consider the following improvements:

City Project 445 – 2013 Street Improvements Project

The improvements include the following:

•Street Mill and Overlay

oCarrollton Addition & Carrollton 5th Addition

o155th Street between Shannon Parkway and Chippendale Avenue

oDanville Avenue between 160th Street and Upper 156th Street West

•Appurtenant work

The total estimated cost of said improvements is $740,700.

The area proposed to be assessed for the foregoing improvements is all that area described as the following: Parcel Identification Numbers: 341640001011; 01021; 04031; Lot 3-21 Block 1; Lot 1-23 Block 2; Lot 1-25 Block 3; Lot 1-2 Block 4 Carrollton Addition; Lot 2-8 Block 1 Carrollton 5th Addition; Lot 1-17 Block 1; Lot 1-13 Block 2 O’Leary’s Hills; Lot 1-13 Block 1; Lot 1-5 Block 2; Lot 1-7 Block 3 O’Leary’s Hills 2nd Addition; Lot 1-2 Block 1 Shannon Pond South; Lot 20 Block 1 West Ridge 1st Addition; Lot 1 Block 3 West Ridge 2nd Addition in Rosemount, Minnesota, as on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Dakota County, Minnesota.

Persons who desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvements will be heard at this meeting. Written or oral opinions will be considered.
