Janet C. Bachinski, age 77, of Rosemount, formally of Bloomington, passed away on Nov. 11.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 16, at Easter Lutheran Church, 4200 Pilot Knob Rd., Eagan, Minn. Visitation 5-8 p.m. Thursday at White Funeral Home, 14560 Pennock Ave., Apple Valley, and also 1 hour prior to service at church. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Down Syndrome Association of MN.
