Notice is hereby given of an opportunity for public comment on the proposed substantial amendment to the Dakota County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program for Federal Fiscal Year 2011.

Proposed Substantial Amendments

The CDA 2011 Action Plan shall be amended to:

•Identify project locations in the South St. Paul Acquisition/Clearance activity as 141 4th Avenue South and 105 7th Avenue North to be acquired and cleared, with a budget at $37,000.

Persons seeking more information on this proposed substantial amendment should contact Lisa Henning, Assistant Director of Community and Economic Development, at the Dakota County Community Development Agency (CDA), telephone (651) 675-4467. Public comments may be submitted orally or in writing to the CDA through December 1, 2012. Approval of the amendment, subject to consideration of public comments, will be on the agenda of the Dakota County Board of Commissioners meeting to be held at the Dakota County Government Center, third floor, 1590 Highway 55, Hastings, MN 55033 on December 11 at 9:00a.m.
