Joanne C. Newell, age 63, of Rosemount, passed away peacefully Oct. 26 surrounded by family.

Memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31, with visitation 9:30-11 a.m., at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, 12650 Johnny Cake Ridge Rd., Apple Valley. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society. Private interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
