NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND CLAIMANTS

OF MSB TIRES, LLC

Please be advised that MSB TIRES, LLC is in the process of dissolving and winding up its affairs. On October 18, 2012 MSB Tires, LLC filed with the Minnesota Secretary of State a Notice of Dissolution.

All claims against MSB Tires, LLC must be submitted in writing to MSB Tires, LLC, Attention: Chris A. Ingvalson, 1500 Wells Fargo Plaza, 7900 Xerxes Avenue South, Bloomington, MN 55431.

All claims must be presented to MSB Tires, LLC on or before the following dates: (1) on or before January 23, 2013, which is 90 days after the first date of publication; or (2) 90 days after the date on which written notice was given to a particular creditor or claimant.
