The Rosemount football team closed out a 4-4 regular season with a 35-0 loss at sixth-ranked (Class 6A) Lakeville North Wednesday night.
The Irish earned the No. 4 seed in Section 3AAAAAA and will host No. 5 Lakeville South in the first round of the section tournament Friday, Oct. 26, at Irish Stadium. The Irish topped the Cougars 12-0 earlier this season.
