Kathleen “Kathy” Quandt (nee Allen), age 59, of Rosemount, formerly of Ostrander, Minn., passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her family, on Sept. 26.
Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2, at the White Funeral Home Chapel, 14560 Pennock Ave., Apple Valley, with visitation 1 hour prior to service. Interment also will take place on Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Grandview Memorial Gardens, 1300 Marion Rd SE., Rochester.
