Harlan Smith, 75

Harlan Russell Smith, age 75, of Burnsville, died Aug. 4 of lung disease.

A memorial will be held at Rosemount United Methodist Church, 14770 Canada Ave. W., Rosemount, at 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24. There will also be a celebration from 2-5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, at Casper's Cherokee Sirloin Room, 4625 Nicols Rd, Eagan. Casual dress is encouraged. Memorials preferred to Rosemount United Methodist Camping Fund or MN Habitat for Humanity.
