Rosemount residents will have an opportunity to learn about Dakota County’s new regional park at a public meeting coming up next week.

There will be a meeting from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 6 at Lebanon Hills Regional Park Visitors Center to talk about Whitetail Woods Regional Park. newest park—Whitetail Woods Regional Park. The visitors center is located at 860 Cliff Road, Eagan.

Visitors to the meeting can view preliminary options for Phase 1 development of the 456-acre park located in Empire Township and comment on the proposed recreational activities, community gathering spaces and natural resource restoration activities included in Phase 1 improvements.
