Notice is hereby given, that a primary election will be held in all election precincts in Dakota County on Tuesday, August 14, 2012, during which the polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for the purpose of nominating candidates for the following offices, which are to be voted for at the general election to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012:
