Notice is hereby given, that under and by virtue of an Order for Judgment and Judgment entered in the above-entitled action on May 10, 2012, of which a certified copy has been delivered to me directing the sale of the premises, hereinafter described, to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due said Plaintiff in the above entitled action from Defendants, as prescribed in the Judgment, the undersigned Sheriff of Dakota County will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, on the 28th day of August, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at the Dakota County Sheriff’s office, 1580 Highway 55, Hastings, Minnesota, in the said County and State, the premises and real estate described in said Judgment, to-wit:
