TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemount will hold a Public Hearing to consider the item listed below on Tuesday, July 24, 2012, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota, and beginning at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The Public Hearing pertains to property currently owned by 3CW, LLC, located at 3000 145th Street east, and legally described as follows:

That part of the SE1/4 of Section 25, Township 115, Range 19, lying west of the Chicago Great Western Railroad right-of-way, excepting therefrom a tract of land in said SE1/4 of Section 25, Township 115, Range 19, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Westerly right-of-way of the Chicago Great Western Railroad and the North line of said SE1/4, thence continuing west along said North line a distance of 445.95 feet; thence deflecting to the left and South from said North line 90 degrees 00 minutes a distance of 300.00 feet; thence deflecting to the left 90 degrees 00 minutes a distance of 419.80 feet to the westerly right-of-way of said Railroad; thence a distance of 301.50 feet more or less to the point of beginning. Dakota County, Minnesota.

The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on an application submitted by Verizon Wireless for a conditional use permit to add an equipment shelter, generator, antennas, and coax to an existing tower.

Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled public hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting dates.
