Approvals: County Board Meeting Minutes - June 5, 2012. Grants - Workforce Investment Act (WIA) adult services and dislocated worker services and programs. Emergency Solutions Grant Re-Housing Program funding. Lessard-Sams Outdoor Heritage fund requests for natural resource improvement projects. MN Department of Employment & Economic Development for Mississippi River Regional Trail and transportation improvements. License - Lao Family Social Services, Inc. - Assemblage of Large Numbers of People. Memberships - Community Health Services User Group to access the Public Health Documentation System. MN Valley Transit Authority. Plans - Self-funded group medical plan vendor negotiations. Renewed automobile insurance with Travelers Insurance. Ratified 2012 WIA Plan. County 2030 Transportation Plan. Directed staff regarding Parks Capital Improvement Program funding due to decreased state bonding. Plat - St. Croix Lutheran High School Addition, West St. Paul. Program - Local Performance Measurement & Improvement Program.

Authorizations: Agreements - MN Department of Transportation and with both Union Pacific Railroad for County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 71, Rosemount, County Project (CP) 71-13, and Progressive Rail Incorporated for CSAH 70, Lakeville, CP 70-19 for railroad crossing signals. Closed Executive Sessions - Discuss labor negotiations strategy. Purchase offer for Lindberg Property conservation easement. Rescinded Resolution No. 12-299 and authorized new terms for acquiring the Lindberg Property. Contracts - Project Consulting Group for disaster recovery consulting services. On-Demand Group for virtual desktop management services. University of MN and Vermillion River Watershed Joint Powers Organization for Agricultural Outreach Program. HKGI, Inc. for Lebanon Hills and Lake Marion/South Creek Regional Greenways planning services. Joint Powers Agreements - MN Structural Collapse/Technical Rescue Task Force Organization and Governing Board appointments. City of Apple Valley for CSAH 42 underpass feasibility analysis for North Creek Regional Greenway. Purchase - Microsoft Enterprise CAL Suite from Software House International.
