TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemount will hold a Public Hearing to consider the item listed below on Tuesday, July 10, 2012, the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota, and beginning at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The Public Hearing pertains to property owned by Arcon Development, Inc., located north of County Road 42 and east of Akron Avenue, legally described as follows:
Outlot B, Prestwick Place 2nd Addition, Dakota County, Minnesota.
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on the applications submitted by D.R. Horton, Inc. – Minnesota for the Planned Unit Development Final Site and Building Plan and Final Plat on property zoned R-1 PUD: Low Density Residential Planned Unit Development to construct a 28 single family development titled Prestwick Place 4th Addition.
Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled public hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting dates.
