NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

FOR COMMUNICATION TOWER CITY OF COATES, DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Coates, Dakota County, Minnesota, will meet at St. Agatha's Church Hall, 3700 160th Street East, Coates, Minnesota on July 9, 2012 at 6:45 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. The purpose of the meeting will be to hold a public hearing on an application for a conditional use permit for a communication tower to be located in Coates City Park, zoned public/institutional district, located within the City of Coates, County of Dakota, State of Minnesota and legally described as follows:

The North 450 feet of the West 780.38 feet, extending North 5 feet, extending South 395 feet of the North 400 feet of the West 217.5 feet of the West 780.38 feet of the Southwest quarter (1/4) of the Southwest quarter (1/4), subject to road easement over the West 31.65 feet, Section 31, Township 115, Range 18.

All persons who desire to be heard with respect to the question of whether or not the proposed conditional use permit should be granted shall be heard at that time and place.
