A number of Rosemount residents have been honored by colleges and universities. Check out the list.
Austin Gunderson
Austin Gunderson has been awarded a Baudette Electrical Lineworker Program Scholarship from Wadena Area College Foundation (WACF) for the 2012 Fall Semester at Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Wadena and Baudette. Gunderson is from Rosemount and is pursuing a degree in Electrical Lineworker Technology. The scholarship dollars are designated for use towards tuition and books.
Vicki Hagen
Vicki Hagen of Rosemount was named to the spring semester president’s list at Minnesota State College-Southeast Technical. To be eligible for this honor, students must complete a minimum of 12 credits at Southeast Technical during an academic term and achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or above.
Matthew Lauter
Matthew Lauter of Rosemount has been named to the dean’s list for the spring semester at St.Cloud State University. Students on the list have earned a grade point average of 3.75 or better on a 4.0 scale. Lauter is pursuing a degree in computer science.
Gustavus Adolphus College dean’s list
Lauren Carlson, Kevin Larson and, Taylor Sommers were named to the spring semester dean’s list at Gustavus Adolphus College. Students who have earned a 3.7 grade point average or higher for the semester ending in May 2012.
