UNDER JUDGMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that under and by virtue of a Judgment entered in the above entitled action on February 24, 2012, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me directing the sale of the premises hereinafter described to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due Plaintiff in the above entitled action from the Defendants, the undersigned Sheriff of Dakota County, will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash, on August 3, 2012, at 10:00 o’clock a.m. in the Dakota County Sheriff’s Office, Lobby Number S-100, Law Enforcement Center, 1580 Highway 55, in the City of Hastings, Minnesota, the premises and real estate located at 15591 Flight Way, Apple Valley, Minnesota 55124, as described in the Judgment as follows:

Unit No. 112, CIC No. 282, Regatta Village Homes, City of Apple Valley, County of Dakota, Minnesota according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the county recorder in and for said county and state

The tax identification number for such property is 016340250112.

THE TIME ALLOWED BY LAW FOR REDEMPTION BY THE MORTGAGOR, THE MORTGAGOR’S PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES OR ASSIGNS, MAY BE REDUCED TO FIVE WEEKS IF A JUDICIAL ORDER IS ENTERED UNDER MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTION 582.032, DETERMINING, AMONG OTHER THINGS, THAT THE MORTGAGED PREMISES ARE IMPROVED WITH A RESIDENTIAL DWELLING OF LESS THAN FIVE UNITS, ARE NOT PROPERTY USED IN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION, AND ARE ABANDONED.
