Approvals: County Board Meeting Minutes - March 27, 2012. Appointment - Human Services Advisory Committee member. Grant - MN Department of Public Safety for radiological emergency preparedness funds for Prairie Island Nuclear Plant. Licenses - 2012 3.2% Malt Liquor. Plan - 2012 Dakota County Emergency Operations Plan. Plat - Spirit of Brandtjen Farm 9th Addition, Lakeville. Presentation - 2012 Public Health Achievement Awards. Proclamation - Law Day, May 1, 2012. Property - Acquisition of right of way on County Project 5-41, Burnsville.

Authorizations: Amendment - County Budget to implement recommended organizational changes. Community Development Agency - Community Development Block Grant Program Amendments. Contracts - Terminate contract with Mead & Hunt and execute contract with Montgomery Watson Harza for Byllesby Dam Spillway modifications. Ramsey County for boarding Dakota County jail inmates. County municipalities for One Stop Permits System. Labor Agreements - 2010-2012 Dakota County Attorney Employees' Association. 2010-2011 Law Enforcement Labor Services Licensed Supervisors Unit.
