NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemount will hold a Public Hearing to consider the item listed below on Tuesday, April 24, 2012, the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota, and beginning at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The Public Hearing pertains to property owned by Minnova Land, LLC, and Wayne Groth and Sheila Groth, located north of County Road 42 and east of Akron Avenue, legally described as follows:
All that part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 115, Range 19, Dakota County, Minnesota, lying south of the southerly right of way line of the Union Pacific Railroad.
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on the applications submitted by The Ryland Group, Inc. for the Planned Unit Development Final Site and Building Plan and Final Plat on property zoned R-1 PUD: Low Density Residential Planned Unit Development to construct a 23 single family development.
Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled public hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting dates.
