NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemount will hold a Public Hearing to consider the item listed below on Tuesday, April 24, 2012, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota, beginning at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The Public Hearing pertains to property owned by SKB Environmental, Inc. located at 13425 Courthouse Blvd., legally described as follows:

The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on the applications received by SKB Environmental, Inc. for a zoning ordinance text amendment and interim use permit to allow a composting facility using source separated compostable material, yard waste, sewage sludge, gypsum, and/or industrial sludge on their site.
Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled public hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting dates.
