Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at the Empire Transportation Facility at 2800 160th Street West, Rosemount, MN. 55068-1628 until 9:00 AM on Tuesday April 17, 2012 at which time they will be opened and read aloud for the following:
• County Project 97-119 – Durable pavement markings at locations on the county highway system to be determined by the County Engineer.
A contract to perform the requested work will be awarded by resolution of the Dakota County Board of Commissioners. The County Engineer anticipates presenting a bid tabulation and recommendation for award of the contract to the County Board at their meeting scheduled for May 8th, 2012.

Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or corporate surety bond, made in favor of Dakota County in an amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid. The right is reserved to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities therein
