ORDINANCE AMENDMENT

CITY OF COATES,

DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Coates, Dakota County, Minnesota, will meet at St. Agatha's Church Hall, 3700 160th Street East, Coates, Minnesota on April 9, 2012 at 6:45 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. The purpose of the meeting will be to hold a public hearing on a proposed zoning ordinance amendment regarding communication towers as a conditional use in public/institutional zoning districts.

All persons who desire to be heard with respect to the question of whether or not the proposed ordinance should be made shall be heard at that time and place.
