Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at the Dakota County Physical Development Division, 3rd Floor, 14955 Galaxie Avenue, Apple Valley, MN 55124 until 9:00 A.M. on Tuesday, April 17th, 2012 at which time they will be opened and read aloud for the following County project:
•Fabrication and Installation of Bulkhead System and Repair of Sluiceway Gates at Byllesby Dam.
It is anticipated that a contract to perform the work will be awarded by resolution of the Dakota County Board of Commissioners at the County Board meeting scheduled for May 8, 2012.

Paper documents are also available weekdays between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM at the Water Resources Department, (952-891-7000) 14955 Galaxie Avenue, Apple Valley, MN 55124 for a cost of $25 if picked up or $30 if mailed.
Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or corporate surety bond, made in favor of Dakota County in an amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid. The right is reserved to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities therein.
