RHS teacher receives fellowship to study at Harvard

Rosemount High School social studies teacher Thomas Scott has already got some of his summer vacation planned.
Dr. Scott was recently awarded a fellowship from the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History to study at Harvard University this summer.
Dr. Scott earned the fellowship through a nationwide selection process. He will participate in the summer seminar, “Rhetoric and American Democracy.”
