City of Rosemount proposed ballfields - UMORE PARK

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemount will hold a Public Hearing to consider the item listed below on Tuesday, March 27, 2012, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota, and beginning at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The Public Hearing pertains to property currently owned by the City of Rosemount, located at 14680 Akron Avenue, and legally described as follows:

The west 840.00 feet of the SE ¼ of Section 27, Township 115, Range 19, Dakota County, Minnesota, lying southerly of the north 1400.00 feet of said SE ¼; and

The north 181.30 feet of the west 840.00 feet of the NE ¼ of Section 34, Township 115, Range 19, Dakota County, Minnesota.

The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on a site plan review of Phase 1 of the proposed ballfields on property pre-dedicated by UMore Park.

Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled public hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting dates. Please forward all written comments and/or inquiries to the Planning Department of the City of Rosemount or call 651-322-2051.
