This week’s Pet of the Week is Rosie, a 3-year-old pit bull mix who was found running the streets of Apple Valley.
Rosie was extremely emaciated when she was found and she was suffering from multiple skin infections. She has gained 10 pounds since then, and her hair is growing back.
