TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemount will hold a Public Hearing to consider the item listed below on Tuesday, March 13, 2012, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota, and beginning at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The Public Hearing pertains to property currently owned by the City of Rosemount, located south of 145th Street, east of Burnley Avenue, west of the Union Pacific railroad, and legally described as follows:

LOT 1 BLK 5 EX N 102.5 FT & PT OF VAC HAYES AVE ACCRUING THERETO; AND

N 102.5 FT OF LOT 1, BLOCK 5; AND

LOTS 2-5, BLOCK 5; AND

LOT 6 BLK 5 & S 4 FT OF LOT 7BLK 5 & PART OF LOT 8 BLK 5 LYING S OF THE E EXT OF THE N LINE OF THE S 4 FT OF LOT 7; AND

LOT 7 BLK 5 EX S 4FT & LOT 8 BLK 5 EX PT LYING S OF THE E EXT OF THE N LINE OF THE S 4 FT OF LOT 7; ROSEMOUNT, DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA.

The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on a site plan review of the proposed Rosemount Depot Park and Ride.

Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled public hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting dates. Please forward all written comments and/or inquiries to the Planning Department of the City of Rosemount or call 651-322-2051.
