Anthony (Tony) Capers has been appointed as chief sales and marketing officer at Plymouth based Tail Wind Voice and Data — a national provider of complete voice and data managed services. In this capacity, Capers will manage the P&L/Revenue for the company. Tail Wind Voice and Data has seen exceptional growth and plans to expand its offerings under Capers’ leadership.
He is a resident of Rosemount.
